The building and rooms are beautiful, with a balcony; the location is wonderful and incredible, especially for me, and it's in a beautiful setting.

The hotel was absolutely charming and the staff was accommodating, it had marvellous location in a beautiful setting. Central heating, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities were available in my a double room. My stay was really enjoyable here.

The stuff turned out to be very very helpful. It had perfect location near Beit al Fannan, and the area around, a hillside overlooking the Pella ruins and Pella...

The site of this archaeological gem was incredible, with a beautiful view from our room and easy access to explore the area. the meals were abundant and delicious, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. the room was also very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed and an added bonus of some surprising art supplies.

A few minor issues did detract from the overall experience. the room was a bit cold upon arrival, and we had some difficulty with the toilet.
